1. Eligibility to Use 99abd

Personal Account Use

99abd strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 21 years. Attempting to register while underage, or providing false date of birth information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2. Account Registration and Management

When registering a 99abd account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to keep your registration information up to date at all times. The following requirements apply to all accounts on the 99abd platform.

  1. One account per person is strictly enforced. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Closure by 99abd

In cases of closure due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players who close their own accounts in good standing may withdraw remaining balances subject to standard verification procedures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

99abd processes all financial transactions through secure, encrypted channels. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Clause 3.1
Deposits
The minimum deposit at 99abd is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer channels. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. 99abd does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any criminal activity.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Before processing your first withdrawal, or when your withdrawal total exceeds certain thresholds, 99abd may require completion of KYC identity verification. 99abd does not apply processing fees to standard withdrawal amounts.
Clause 3.3
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a 99abd deposit that was correctly credited to your account constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 99abd reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated bonuses, and seek recovery of the disputed amount. If you believe a transaction was processed in error, contact 99abd support before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 99abd are subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply across all 99abd promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

  1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
  2. Bonuses are credited to your account's bonus wallet, separate from your real-money balance. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses cannot be transferred and are non-negotiable.
  3. 99abd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or collusion.
  4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including the eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and wagering requirements on free spin winnings.
  5. Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new players only and can be claimed once per player. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a duplicate account will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99abd platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

  1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access account features, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
  2. Colluding with other players to fix or influence the outcome of any game or betting market, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to defraud the platform.
  3. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise. 99abd is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and cooperates with relevant authorities.
  4. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming new-player bonuses or exploiting any promotion that is limited to one claim per player.
  5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, feature, or payment system on the 99abd platform. Any winnings gained as a result of a known or unknown software error must be reported immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal.
Clause 5.6
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where 99abd determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 99abd may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; forfeiture of account balance including any pending withdrawals; reversal of any bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits applied to the account; and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where the conduct constitutes or may constitute a criminal offence.

6. Responsible Gaming

99abd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible from your account settings. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players and can be activated at any time without contacting support.

Player Protection Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 99abd account holders: (a) Deposit Limits — set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or calendar month; once set, limits can only be reduced immediately but increases take 7 days to take effect; (b) Session Time Reminders — receive on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play; (c) Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict account access for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks; (d) Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 99abd platform. 7. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property
All content on the 99abd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and code — is the property of 99abd or its content and technology licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 99abd platform without prior written consent.
Clause 7.2
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99abd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 99abd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Clause 7.3
Platform Availability
99abd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 99abd shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, including any bets that could not be placed or settled during a period of downtime. 8. Amendments, Severability, and Governing Law

99abd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 99abd will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — such as displaying a notice on the platform or sending an email notification to your registered address. Your continued use of the 99abd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.
